We are doing our part to keep everyone safe and healthy while doing a job we all love
Anyone with a fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, or new loss of taste or smell or have been exposed to someone who has, needs to cancel services.
What we are doing:
- Daily temperature checks
- Wearing masks if we come in to contact with anyone
- Not working if we are showing any symptoms or have a fever
- Employees are reporting to management if they have come in contact with anyone who has tested positive
- Every employee is supplied with hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, disinfectant spray, hand wipes facial coverings and gloves
- Making sure we have clean hands between visits
- Wearing facial coverings when in public
For Dog walks
- Using our own leashes
- Doing contact-less dog walking for those working from home
- Wearing a facial covering when we pick up your dog(s)
- Using hand wipes and sanitizer before leaving our car
- Spraying our leashes after each use with disinfectant spray or wipe
For Cat sitting
- Using hand sanitizer before entering your home
- Washing our hands first thing upon arriving and before leaving
- Touching as few surfaces as possible
- Using paper towel to touch all surfaces on our way out
- Wearing masking indoors when appropriate
For Clients
- Let us know if you have fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, or new loss of taste or smell or have been exposed to someone who has. Sitting services need to be cancelled.
- Please leave us liquid soap and paper towels for hand washing
- We are trying limit our touching of surfaces, please leave out cat supplies
New Client consultations
- Online account set up is required before scheduling consultations
- Everyone must wear a facial covering
- We must social distance while getting the tour
