Heart 2 Heart Pet Care is a trusted extension of our family. Kim is caring, thoughtful and very responsive. She places her clients, the cats, as a top priority. She’s been with us over the years and we’re always glad to have Kim on our side. The app she developed is very helpful to request care, get updates and stay in touch with her while away. She has braved cold and icy days to our home to look in on the pets. Our cats are very relaxed when we get home after a big trip, though they are always relieved to see us! We recently used their services while out of town for 2 weeks. Everybody was kind and professional. I especially loved getting my daily photos and updates on the easy and convenient app. I would definitely use them again..  

Kim is amazing, she is very personable, caring and reliable.  We felt very comfortable from our first meeting with Kim.  She took great care of our 4 cats, took garbage out, open/shut curtains.  Being our cats are a challenge to feed, and not very trusting Kim won all 4 cats trust.  She fed them, played, petted them and cleaned up after them.  The daily journals with photos were greatly appreciated.

They took exceptional care of my cranky senior kitty always going the extra mile to accommodate her particular attitude. They clearly love and care for you animals more than just a casual visit. Without Heart 2 Heart Pet Care we might not have a cat and surely wouldn’t have had peace of mind! We used Heart 2 Heart for the first time this October. During that time during the wind storm, our doors blew open leaving our indoor-only cat with direct access to the backyard. Sheila was able to confirm Audrey’s safety and help us secure the house. We are so thankful and cannot recommend Sheila and Kim enough! They are cool and collected when dealing with life’s emergencies (like we experienced) and extremely loving and affectionate with our cat all the other times. We hope to have Heart 2 Heart check in anytime we leave town and cannot recommend them highly enough!

These people are so wonderful! They are truly animal lovers. The billing is super convenient. The login is easy. Communication is constant. I get pix of my pups with my message after each visit. What a delight.

I have used Heart 2 Heart on two occasions and Sheila has taken care of our cats both time. She does a wonderful job. Heart to Heart pet care has been taking our dog out 4 days a week for potty breaks for over two years now, and my husband and I are so happy that we found Kim! She is reliable, flexible on the days that we end up staying home, and most importantly she is great with our dog! She was even able to fit us in for an extra visit, with a late notice on our part, when my husband had to leave out of town. Kim usually takes our dog out for a quick walk on our street for his potty break, and leaves a note to let us know how everything went after each visit. We couldn’t be happier with Hart to Hart Pet Care!

Kim is always fantastic with my two JRT’s Rico and Lola. I was very lucky to found Kim thru recommendations from my old neighborhood website. She has being taking care of my two pooches since August 2014 and they love her. Kim is really flexible with her hours, even when I have a last minute work commitment and need petsitting she is quick to respond. She’s a truly dedicated professional, she did close to an hour meet and greet to know me and the pooches well. I highly recommend Kim for all your pets needs… She is awesome!!!

They are dependable and flexible with my sometimes hectic work schedule, and it is obvious they truly care for animals. It is a relief to know my 2 older pups are happy and taken care of while I am at work or on vacation. I use their services for mid-day walks during the weeks, dinner visits when I need to work late, and pet sitting when I am out of town. Kim is organized, thorough and professional. As my pets have declined with old age, she has administered meds, attended vet appointments on her own and with me, and made certain she was there at the end, which is really quite touching. I travel a great deal, so having her provides a great deal of security and assurance that everything will be handled perfectly. Words cannot adequately express the comfort and peace of mind we enjoyed by having Jessica as our Pet Sitter. Our boy, Beau LOVED her to pieces. We were referred to Hart 2 Hart pet sitting service through a friend. Kim made appointment to stop by to meet our pet and for us to meet her! she has been wonderful, caring and leaves a note for us on how things went while away. She has always been available during holidays. There is no need to look further for pet sitting service! .

This was my first experience with a pet sitter. Hart 2 Hart is very professional. The initial consultation took place about 3 weeks before I left town. I was shown insurance and business license documents, and given a detailed contract describing their services. I also filled out a form authorizing veterinary care if needed while I was gone. I trusted them with my precious babies and was completely satisfied. I have two large parrots and one small dog. Hart 2 Hart came each morning and evening while I was out of town to feed and spend time with the animals. Each morning I received a text message and a picture which helped with my anxiety about leaving my animals. I have since used Hart 2 Hart for another out-of-town trip and received the same excellent service. My trip was unexpectedly prolonged, and Hart 2 Hart accommodated the added time with no problems. I recommend them highly.

Kim, Nadine, and the whole Heart 2 Heart team are the best. I don’t know where my family would be without them! Nadine and Kim have been there for us in good times and bad. The level of care my pets are shown is unparalleled from any pet sitter I’ve ever had. Kim of Hart 2 Hart Pet Care is beyond amazing! We heard about her from another happy client we met down at Alki Beach in West Seattle. We had researched so many dog walkers and hadn’t found any that we trusted. We have had Kim as a part of our daily lives for almost a year now and couldn’t imagine life without her. My dog, Charlie is an unusually large 14 month old Golden Retriever that adores Kim. He loves her, goes nuts when he sees her and it’s clear they have a special bond. I trust her completely with Charlie and can’t express what a lifesaver/stress reliever she’s been. We have at times very time consuming jobs, irregular schedules, and yet our dog is still our world. However our schedules don’t faze Kim at all and her website is fantastic and so easy/convenient to use. We started out having her come just 2-3 times a week because of cost and to see how Charlie responded. Now I honestly couldn’t put a price on her services. Charlie is beyond happy, I’m stress free and never worry about cost anymore as the payoff is immeasurable. I truly can’t say enough and I constantly recommend her to my personal family and friends. If all that weren’t enough, she even came to our rescue when we were locked out last Sunday.

We have four ‘rescue’ fox terriers so they come with a bit of baggage. Kim comes to our house each day while we are at work and lets them run and play in the yard. It is a comfort to us knowing that our dogs receive Kim’s care and attention while we’re away. We know what a handful she has with our pack!

Wonderful, trustworthy service! We have unusual pets – three Richardson’s ground squirrels – and having Kim’s service makes all the difference when we travel, knowing that they’re getting the same attention and care as when we’re home. There’s nothing like the peace of mind that comes from being able to relax while away knowing your pets are safe and well cared for. Kim is extremely accommodating and utterly professional, with solid handoff and great communication!

Kim did an outstanding job caring for my three cats. She is a compassionate person who was very concerned about all the details involved in their care. I found her to be timely and responsive. She was very patient when meeting them, & didn’t demand immediate friendship with them (you know how cats are — many of them need some time to decide when & whether they want to approach a stranger). She was also very patient in learning all their possible hiding spots so she would have the best chance of finding them on her visits. She sent me an email every day describing every visit in great detail – how the cats behaved, where they were hiding, who came out, who ate what & how much, & how healthy each appeared to be. She was careful to tidy up around the litter box after cleaning it, & to wash out their wet food dishes (she only leaves wet food out for about twenty minutes — never overnight). She also had no objection to including a few small chores — watering a particular plant; grabbing the mail; that kind of thing — & I think would have been happy to do more, had we needed it. Overall, I found her approach to her business to be very professional – organized, neat, & conscientious. She was enthusiastic about attending to all the details, and about making things function for our ease & convenience. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. I should add that my top two concerns in hiring someone unknown were responsibility & affection for cats. I give her top marks in both categories. I always worry that a pet sitter might really be a dog person just picking up some cats on the side for the income. But I didn’t find that about Kim at all – she treated my kitties with compassion & attention.

Less worry meant I could enjoy my trip and I thank you again for that. I could tell how well loved they were while I was away!

We have used Kim’s services a few times while traveling. It is so relieving to know that our pets are being cared for when we are away. This is an extremely professional service. The contract and how they work is explained in detail. The first time I used the service they texted a pic of the dog to let me know they arrived. I have used them several times now and on one occasion had a flight delayed. I sent Kim a text to let her know and she was able to get someone to my house to feed the pets. They leave a summary of each day’s visit or visits and I always feel comfortable leaving my pets in their care.
