Yes, we carry pet specific liability insurace through Travelers.
Do I have to have an online account?
Yes, everyone has an online account. Everything we need to know about you and your pets is stored there in one convenient place. We’ve heard from many clients about the ease of use, how much they love that all their information is in one place and that they can schedule and pay for services anytime of day or night.
How do I schedule?
All scheduling is done through your online account.
How do I get in touch?
All communication is through our system. We use journals to stay in touch. These are sent out after each visit. You can use the comment box to respond back. We’ve heard these can be the highlight of your day!
What areas do you serve?
How long do we stay?
We offer 3 visit lengths: Our pop-in visit is up to 15 minutes, our standard visit is 25 / 30 minutes, and our extended is 40 /45 minutes. Our arrival and departure times are GPS captured. Consultations
Are required for all new pet care clients. New client consultations are $35.00 After the initial set up you can schedule as few as one visit at a time. Here’s what we cover (approximately 25 / 30 minutes) sometimes longer. We don’t rush through these. This is usually our one and only time to meet each other face to face and get to know each other.
What are your services, rates and operating hours?
Cat Sitting services only. Vists are made between 7:30am – 5:30pm
$29.00 – up to 15 minutes
$35.00 – 25 / 30 minutes
$51.00 – 40 / 45 minutes
Surcharges:
+ $7.50 per visit – Weekend surcharge.
Holidays
+ 50% per visit
Holidays include New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
Any visits that include Thanksgiving and day after, Christmas Eve and day and New Years Eve and day require a 50% non-refundable deposit payable at the time your reservation is made. Payment in full is due 7 days before 1st day of service. 100% due if cancelled with in 7 days of your scheduled service. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations
Returning Home Early
Reservations are made to plan sitter availability to clients. Therefore, clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time scheduled. No credits or refunds.
How do I pay?
Payments are made by credit card, we require all clients have their credit cards on file. Pet sitting services are paid prior to service.
Keys
We prefer 3 keys. 1 for Kim and Jessica and 1 for the office. Or you can provide a lockbox with 2 sets of keys. One to use during the visit and a back up that stays in the box. We do not accept garage doors as our only way of entry due to possible power outages. If you have electronic locks make sure that batteries are not running low.
Aggressive Pets
We do not visit aggressive pets.
